5 Animals Basic Seminar

Description

The Five Animals Qi Gong is a special practice in which we imitate 5 different Animals. Each Animal expressed different qualities of movement while at the same time connecting us with one of the 5 organs out of the 5 Elements teachings of Chinese Medizin. As one of our most fundamental exercises, it opens all doors to our other styles of practice!

Join us for two days of intensive training and learn with Tamar step by step all basics of the 5 Animals Qi Gong.
