Um innezuhalten, um passieren zu lassen, um zu beobachten.
Unter professioneller Anleitung des Bergwanderführers Johannes Malchow und dem
Kampfkünstler und Meditationslehrer Nicolas Knipping laden wir dich

vom 10. – 17. September 2023

in die Klostertaler Umwelthütte zur Meditation ein.
Oberhalb des Silvretta Stausees, am Fusse des Piz Buin Gletschers gelegen, bietet
uns das autarke Steinhaus beste Voraussetzungen, um los zu lassen.
Im Seminar wirst du taoistische Meditationstechniken sowie Qi Gong Übungen aus
den Wudang Bergen Chinas kennenlernen, die dir helfen, um auf geerdete Art und
Weise deinen Geist zu balancieren, um Innenschau zu üben und etwas vom Ballast
des Jahres abzuwerfen.

Vegetarische Verpflegung ist im Seminar inbegriffen.
Mobile Geräte, sowie Laptops oder Kameras sind während des Retreats nicht
erlaubt.
Wetter – und winterfeste Kleidung sowie gutes Schuhwerk sind erforderlich.

We retreat to the autumnal mountains of the Central Eastern Alps in Austria.
To pause, to let pass, to observe.
Under the professional guidance of mountain hiking guide Johannes Malchow and
teacher for inner martial arts and meditation practitioner Nicolas Knipping
we invite you

from 10 – 17 September 2023

to the Klostertaler Umwelthütte for meditation.
Located above the Silvretta reservoir, at the foot of the Piz Buin glacier, the selfsufficient stone house offers us the best conditions to let go.
In the seminar you will learn Taoist meditation techniques as well as Qi Gong
exercises from the Wudang mountains of China, which will help you to balance your
mind in a grounded way, to practice introspection and to throw off some of the ballast
of the year.

Vegetarian meals are included in the seminar.
Mobile devices, as well as laptops or cameras, are not allowed during the retreat.
Weather – and winter proof clothing and good shoes are required.
Be prepared for a colorful weather palette.
