1-Day Intensive

This one-day intensive introduces two essential elements of our internal arts system:
the Six Basic Principles of Tai Ji Quan and the dynamic
5 Animals Qi Gong from the Wudang tradition.

Participants may join either session individually or take both.

Schedule

  • Morning (10:00–13:00): 6 Basic Principles of Tai Ji Quan
  • Afternoon (16:00–19:00): 5 Animals Qi Gong
