Systematic Internal Martial Arts Education

The Xuan Teacher Training is a long-term education program for students who want to deepen their internal martial arts and, optionally, grow into teaching.
It combines a clear structure of monthly meetings with regular self-practice and ongoing support.

You choose one style focus – Tai Ji Quan or Ba Gua Zhang – while all students share the same
Nei Gong / quiet practices (next season will focus on the 5 Animals Qi Gong).
Over several seasons this builds a complete framework of internal cultivation.

The program is organised in 4-year circles, but you can join for a single season and continue as long as it fits your path.

How the Training Works

• Monthly weekend meetings: inner practices & style training
• Join online or in person at the academy in Berlin
• Recordings of all meetings available afterwards
• Optional video feedback and extra online classes
• Backyard Sessions led by elder students for review and catch-up

Price & Payment

Monthly contribution: 100 € – 120 €
(sliding scale depending on income)

• Can be cancelled at the end of any month

• Or join fully online via Hidden Turtle
• Mixed participation (sometimes online, sometimes in person) is possible
